Since the 1970s, the rapid growth of globalization has been accompanied by transnational migration, which has become a distinctive feature. In the rising tide of transnational migration in the 21st century, female migration has ceased to be a "trailing spouse" and has become a contemporary trend. Female migration is not only motivated by marriage and family ties, but is the result of a combination of factors. However, female migration is also challenged in this process by the combined effects of women's and migrants' roles, globalization and the Western feminist movement, thus presenting more complex issues and characteristics.Focusing on Chinese migrant women, the aim of this resume is to describe and understand the labor situation of Chinese migrant women in Spain, especially their labor trajectory after their arrival from China. To this end, our work includes a combination of different methods of fieldwork and ethnographic information generation, applying a qualitative analysis that helps us to better understand the situation and labor status of these migrant women. The current "cognitive" characteristics of migrant women, the problems of "aging", "impoverishment", etc., promote a close integration of international migrant women with feminist movements and communities. We need to take gender into account and improve the rights of migrant women in the face of multiculturalism and minority cultures.
